Title: Trailer rentals for 2016 Championships

Hello Championships-2016 Bound Exhibitors and Supporters,
The following is some information for those of you who are interested in renting a trailer and having it delivered to the site.
Please remember that RV parking is not available until Monday.

I have put together a special price for your group that includes the following;
2015 or newer trailer
* Delivery, set up and Pick up from the County Equestrian Park
* Final Cleaning and Dumping
* Pets are allowed

Below are the group discounted price including tax.

17' Trailer $845.48
24' Trailer $1038.17
27' Trailer w slide $1,106.58

To make a reservation, please contact our rental dept. Availability is limited. A 50% payment is required to secure the trailer with the balance due before delivery. An authorization amount of $1000 will also be placed on your credit card as a security deposit. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Thank you for this info.  Made my reservation.  Want to add that the Kitchen Kit and Linen Kit are additional, if you are not planning to bring your own items.

Please negotiate the price a bit too!  This price was when we were starting Monday, so based on Saturday drop off (as they were closed Sunday).  So, with the Monday morning drop off, that is two less night. 

Really nice business to deal with!

I called this morning to make a reservation - and they are super nice folks!  They're a bit confused, however.  The person I spoke with was saying that the quote was for 5 nights - which doesn't make sense since Champs runs longer than that especially given that we originally thought we'd be starting on Sat!  I'm not sure who from NADAC contacted them originally to work out the details for the group rate (Becky or Alanna) but they asked that I send them the info we were given, so I sent snapshots of both Becky's and Alanna's posts on this thread.  AccessRV is trying to figure it out on their end, so they might contact one of you.

I will give them a call this morning.  The original quote was for a Sunday drop off, Monday start.  But, when arena booking changed, it was a Monday drop off/Tues start.

I just spoke to Bridger at the RV rental place.  He said the offer was still on file.  Price includes delivery, pickup, and final dump.  Drop off on Mon, Sept. 26th, pick up on Mon, Oct. 3rd.  I have included my contract, so you can see what I have paid for a small (16ft) camper.  Price would vary if you want a bigger unit, or to have it for less nights.
