transport from north of Seattle to Portland area?
« on: December 22, 2012, 11:38:28 AM »
If anyone is traveling from north of Seattle, WA to the Portland area, or even Bend (!!) and has room for a border collie sized dog, please let me know.  Hopefully between now and New Years.   Thanks!

Unless the weather sucks next weekend, I'm planning on driving from Sequim to Canby (my helpful computer tried to change that to Candy) for the New Years FunRaiser.

That would definitely help!  Now if I can get some transport from north of Seattle (Stanwood) to where you intersect on I-5!

The trial at Canby should be a blast!!

Wish I could help, I guess I really wish I was going to be out in that neck of the woods - grin.

If you get in a bind I have my friend who lives in Seattle. . . . .   Seems it maybe should be one of those times - what goes around comes around?  Let me know.

They could also bring the dog over on the ferry and meet me somewhere on the WA 3 corridor.  Just as easy to go that way as go via 101.

Mike is going down to Canby Friday and could take the dog....as long as he could hand it over to someone as soon as he gets down there on Friday.

He can definitely hand her over to Becky the moment he arrives......... what area is Mike coming from?  I need to get her from Stanwood, which is north of Seattle.

If they can get the dog to "downtown" Stanwood, Mike can pick up Friday morning.

Thanks to Debbie and Mike Mason for all of their work to get this dog to Canby with Becky.  Thanks Pam for your offer and it looks like Mike will be able to take her the entire distance!!

Thanks so much!
