The option to check "Unread Posts since Last Visit" seems to have disappeared.  Is this still an option?

Hi Shelia
On the "Home" Page, to the right side of each Major Section (ie. General, Championships 2014, Bonus run videos,...) you should see "Unread Posts" and then a little + or - within a box.  Clicking "on" the words will bring up what you seek.  Clicking on the box with a "+" expands or one with a "-" shrinks the Category.

Hope this helps.

Thank you, Dave.  That does help.  But I was talking about the option that would appear at the top of the main page.  If you clicked on it, it would bring up all unread posts in all topics, so you would have all the unread posts in one place.

It's still there for me.  Doesn't always work exactly the same way for me.  Sometimes the new ones aren't stored in that location, and I have to look them up as Dave described, but the menu option is there.

I see the option on the upper left hand corner of my page - even as I type this message.
It shows my photo and next to it says:

    Hello danforth
Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts.

Sheila,
Try clicking on the little white arrow in the far right upper corner next to the box that says Search

The little arrow is hard to see, but I am guessing that Sheila has accidently hit that in some session.  That will hide the "last read option" .

I think that Becky has your answer and that somehow you hit that small arrow in some session and hid the last read options.

It is not the word "Search" but the tiny arrow to the right of it!!

Becky and Sharon had the answer!  Once I clicked on that little white arrow, the option reappeared.  The arrow was a little hard to see, especially on my phone and tablet, but it is there.  Thank you!

;D.  That disappeared for me so long ago, I'd totally forgotten about it.  It was at a time that Chris was making a number of changes so I thought it was just another one. I was touring around the site a lot then and likely did just as Sharon described. Thanks Becky.

I can't see an arrow next to Search.

It is to the right of the Search box...... and difficult to see!!  It is at the uppermost right hand corner of the screen,  past the search box.  Unless you have a real desire to never see the info at the top of the screen, I wouldn't use it!  It hides the upper part of the screen!

Thanks, Sheila, for asking this.  I had lost my option, too, and had no idea why.  I just clicked the little upside down "V" next to the search button and there the option is!!  You learn something every day!

I don't check the forum very frequently and often cannot get through all the "unread" in one sitting - so "show all unread" is much better for me than "show all unread since last visit"
