We know the circumference would be (roughly?) 76 feet. That's four 16' expens and four 3' hoops (I think that's what they are?). So 76=2 pi r thus 38 = pi r. Using 3.1416 for pi that means the radius of the circle would be about 12'. And the diameter would be 24'
Am I in the ball park?  :-)
