Stall Reservations - Please read
« on: September 16, 2016, 09:48:21 PM »
Hi Group,
I'm posting this as a new topic in hopes that all of you who have reserved a stall will read this.
I spoke with our events manager at the Equestrian Park and he says we can use Barn 700, which is the stall barn closest to the arena.  HOWEVER, they have a tight turn around between the horse show that finishes Sunday and our event that starts on Tues.  The staff asks that we be patient and kind while they endeavor to clean barn 700 and part of 800.
Please don't plan on getting into your stall until late afternoon on Monday.

Additionally, please be aware that live horses have used these stalls and there will be some lingering evidence.  You may want to bring some ground cover along with your decorations.

If you do not want to be in a stall that very recently had a horse in it, please e-mail me as soon as possible.  I can put you in Barn 800, which is a little farther from the arena.

I'll be doing the numbered stall assignments on Tuesday, which I hope gives everyone a chance to get home from their weekend events and read this.  Once the assignments are done, it is difficult to make changes.

Thanks everyone.  We are "counting down" to the start of Champs 2016!

Hi Becky.....Do you have any idea of the size of the stalls in case we want to put down a tarp?
Thanks,
Donna

I believe the stalls are 10x10 or 10x12.  I can double check on Monday.

Just saw Sharon's comment above mine.  The stalls are 10 x 10

Ok, so we can actually "set up" our stall late on Monday?  How late are we able to "set up" our stall?  That will help prevent chaos of trying to run Pre-trial runs and move all of our stuff in on Tuesday.  :)
