special awards and bars

How do we order special awards and bars? I can't find the post for it.

In a post some where, Chris said we will get a 1 foot bar in our welcome bag.

How many junior handlers are entered?    Is there an award for highest scoring junior handler?  If not, is there a bar for highest scoring jr?  (I saw on the bar list 2nd HS Jr).

If you go look at the post that shows all the dogs entered, you will see the number of JHs.
NADAC awards Junior Handlers with an award for the highest scoring JH.  So that is why the sponsored bars only allow for the second highest scoring JH.

I only see JH listed for elite division (I know 2 of the JH in pre-elite, but they are not listed as such).  Is the highest scoring award only include elite JHs?

Yes JH awards are only for the Elite JH dogs.

The Pre-Elite dogs are not divide by 'divisions'.....  (JH,VH, Std).  Pre-elite is only divided by shoulder height of the dogs.

For special bar awards, ie HS deaf dog, does a handler add their dog to a list in order to be considered?

Yup once the event starts there will be sign up sheets for all the special awards
