Champs set up time?

When will we be allowed to set up?  I probably won't be arriving until late Monday, but I have been reconsidering my route to Champs to make it easier on these old bones so the last day won't be so long.

Also, will vendors have access to electricity?  I want to bring my computer and cutter but don't want to hog electrical outlets.  Thanks!

the last time I was there in 2007 we had plenty of electricity to go around :)

Definitely plenty of power, so no worries there.

Earliest set up will be on Tuesday.    And even then we're gonna need a little bit of time to get the lines put down :)

Does that mean that the pre-trial runs won't be starting at 8 am?

Correct.  Pre trial on Tuesday probably won’t start until 10 ish.

Tuesday has about 400 fewer runs then Wednesday so time isn’t much of a problem.

So am I reading this right, that vendors won't be able to set up until 2 hours before we run?

We’ll see about getting vendors in earlier.

Most vendors don’t come for the pre trial,  as that isn’t the main event.

Hasn’t been an issue in years past

Just rechecked the contract and you WILL be able to come in on Monday.   Anytime after 4PM.   And you need to be out by 9PM.
