What exactly are the requirements for Pre-Elite and Elite at CHAMPS? Do all the Q's need to be from Aug 2018 to Aug 2019?

Go to the NADAC website and select "Train & Play" on the top of the page.  From the drop down, select NADAC Champs.  When that window opens, on the right side click on box "2019 Info Sheet"  That PDF covers your question and more.
