Champs Scoring-Fault Codes

Is there a listing of the Champs Scoring Acronyms for faults?  I am looking at last years Champ scores and trying to understand the Fault coding.

I'll take a stab at this ...

5B = bar down
10DW = blown dogwalk contact
10AF = blown AFrame contact
10OC = off course
20W = failure to perform weaves ( and if it's 20J then FTP jump, etc.)

20MO - completely guessing on this - but the only thing I can come up with is multiple obstacles ??  But I don't think that is right ...

There's no difference in faults in Champs and any other trial.  They list them on the results so handlers will know what they were called for, and I guess so that it makes it easier to review if there is a question on a call.

There is also the "unsafe performance" one.  I don't remember its code but I got one of those last year when my dog tripped over her own feet coming down the a-frame (it was unsafe indeed.  She literally tumbled down the a-frame!  She didn't do it on purpose, just tripped herself.)

Marcy got most of them.

MO = Missed Obstacle
U = Unsafe performance

The 20J is just that sometimes the scribes would put down the obstacle the dog got a unsafe performance on.   So 20J would be a unsafe jump performance
