Not meaning to throw a kink in your plans, but is there a Wi Fi set up at the Champions Center?  Is it going to be able to handle the bandwidth of 200+ people simultaneously looking at and refreshing your website?  I suspect some at home will also use it to find their friends.

May not be a problem, but just some thing to think about.

Hasn't been an issue in past years :)

Another question:  as there will likely be some conflicts and changes, will you send out another run order before the event?
It's nice to have a printed copy to bring along, but some of us will be traveling for awhile before the event starts!
(Realizing there are always a few last minute changes....)
Thanks!

Definitely!   We'll be sending out another version this weekend.  And then there will probably still be another version after that as people end up pulling, or have conflicts they didn't know about earlier.

Actually, the wi-fi at the Champion Center is pretty bad. The only place that has publicly accessible wi-fi is in the food area, which has no view of the arena. Cell reception (for texts and data usage) is good through the facility.
