Title: 2019 Champs entry qualifications -is lifetime total points a requirement?

Hi I was just wondering if there is a lifetime points requirement with all classes and levels combined, for either the elite or pre-elite division?  I seem to remember something about this...

It was in past years but was removed for this year.

The requirements for 2019 will be staying exactly the same for Elite.
Pre-Elite is changing in that Intro will no longer count.
Stakes will be changing slightly
