Okay I think I may have found the problem that was stopping us from getting emails sent out when someone replied to a topic. 

So if I am right everyone who has clicked 'notify' for this board will receive this, and any replies to this in their email.

Nevermind.

Appears it is still only sending the new topics. and not the replies.
