When reading today about problems people are having printing their certificates, I was reminded about what our IT guy at work always told me to do when I had this kind of situation while trying to print documents I had opened on websites. Don't know if this will work for the current problems, but this has always worked for me. Instead of opening the document there on the website, instead, right click (or left click if you're a lefty like me) and choose, from the menu list, something along the lines of 'save target as'. Choose your desktop as the destination. The document will download to your desktop. Then you can open it there and print it.
