Years ago when I registered my Catahoula Libby, I put down the wrong year of her birth.  I listed the year 2000, when it should have been 1999.  Is it possible, at this late date to make a change?  (03-05241)

Also, I recently registered my new dog Scooter as a Border Collie, not realizing what he was going to look like when grown.  Welllllll, it turns out he is not a B/C, but a 'good old All American' dog!  Can a change be made on his registration as well with his new designation??? (12-08301)
