Toys for Tots - North Carolina - Entries and Virtual Entries
« on: November 21, 2012, 06:14:44 AM »
Hi All -

OK, the "Big Elf", aka Ron Young set a goal of at least 1,000 runs at the Toys for Tots Funraiser this year - so far they are at 837 runs - let's all band together and help the Elf reach his goal and help more kids.  If you never been to this trial and can attend - do it - it's not like any other trial - it's just an amazing atmosphere - dancing, laughing, visiting with friends, eating really good food and shopping at awesome vendors, doing some agility - grin, kicking off the holiday season and best of all helping to make sure that kids who might wake up on Christmas morning with nothing - wake up with something!!!!

I can hardly wait to get there with my kids, but I think I'll go do a virtual entry to honor my old puppers!!!!

Could you post the number to use to enter virtual runs?  I can't remember - thanks!!!!!

Let's see how quickly we can make the Big Elf smile!!!

Karen

Karen, if you are talking about the runs in honor of, memory of, or for those dogs who can't be there, Ron said to try 99-99999.

Hmmmm, I tried that and it came up as Piper. . . I'll see if I can't find something in the "history" on the Yahoo group....

I'll let you know if I can figure  out.  Thanks Linda.

Go Boomer go!!!!  He and Willowby can hang out and gossip about all the young ones. . . .

Ron needs only 51 more runs to meet his goal of 1,000 runs for the weekend.

Maybe you should come to NC - I didn't see any exhibitors from IL listed - grin
