What do I need to do if mine are not showing up?  Dog is 11-09263.   The trial was Nov. 9 - Nov. 11.

This is one of those things that arises occasionally........... your dog ran under an incorrect number.  You are listed as "11-092630" which is not a valid number.  The club should not have accepted that number, the software should not have allowed that number to even be typed in.  So they did submit results for you with that number.

The trial secretary should have realized that is was not a valid number.

The trial software should not have accepted the input of that number.

The competitors should have reported to the trial secretary that the number listed in the catalog is not a valid number and is not their dog's NADAC number.

But none of the above happened correctly, so the results are listed under that "incorrect" number instead of your number.

Good thing you checked or you would have lost those points.  Even though the trial secretary "should" have corrected it, the bottom line is that it is the responsibility of the owner to verify their results!

I will get this fixed.

Thanks you Sharon, I now know that the extra 0 at the end is bad!  I probably figured it was the way the computer printed things, but will check very closely from now on.  We need all our points~!!!!

Great!  I also contacted the club to let them know that this error should have been corrected on their end also before results were submitted.  Also the trial software should not have allowed an incorrect number to be input!

Lots of results get submitted under the wrong number and people don't realize that "they" must validate their number at trials.  But we usually don't get incorrectly formatted numbers.

Sharon, do you have the results from the Canby Dec 14-16 and New Year's trials still to post?  Mine aren't showing up yet and we really want to be in the Top Ten!  (By breed, no worries for all the BC and shelties out there! ). Almost as fun as a NATCH...until we actually get one...

SO sorry to see Canby go, but it's been great for us.  We'll see if Bend can work out for us over the mountains, I hope so.
