The Australian NADAC Trial season for 2013 has kicked off !
The first trial of the year at Moorabbin this weekend was an Extreme Games Challenge Trial. The format perfect for a Summer trial as the trial days started earlier than normal and were over before the nasty afternoon heat. Entry numbers may have been smaller than normal but there was no shortage of enthusiasm as competitors encouraged each other and pitched in to set the scene for fun and enjoyment for all those who attended.
There were many terrific runs on day 1. One of the highlights was seeing the first 3 teams (in Australia) to complete their Novice Superior Titles and so be eligible for Open level EGC for day 2.
Congratulations to;
Shirlene Clark and Smudge for completing their Superior Novice Title in Extreme Chances Extreme Gaters and Extreme Barrel Racing
Vanessa Bridges and Bryce for completing their Superior Novice Title in Extreme Gaters and Extreme Barrel Racing
Margaret Widelock and Jake for completing their Superior Novice Title in Extreme Gaters.
Day 2 there was a real buzz as Open level EGC courses featured for the first time in Australia and the teams running open rose to the challenges of the "meatier" courses. Great job

It makes me proud to see Australians embrace EGC and some of the Novice teams performed extremely well and I think most people if not all went home having achieved something significant in their journey towards ulitmate teamwork.
Congratulations to the Highest in Trial winner - Shirlene Clark and Smudge
Congratulations to the workers raffle winners - Vanessa Bridge (Saturday) and Nicky Wise (Sunday)
Thank you to everyone for making the trial so wonderful and pitching in, cheering and supporting each other and being part of our something wonderful. Thank you also to Judge Wendy Napier - Judge extraordinaire !
Thank you to Sharon Nelson and the team for making NADAC available across the globe
