Maddie Moloney-Harmon 1/16/1998 - 4/13/2013

Goodbye, Maddie.
Our long journey together has come to an end.
Your path now takes you on a road I cannot follow.

Keep moving forward,
Onward and upward.
Don't look back
And don't look down-
Although, honestly, let's admit it:
Have you ever needed this advice from me before?

And hey up there, you Dogs of Elysium!
Make a hole in the crowd for a champion.
Set the bars at twelve inches and show her to the start line
Get ready to watch her run.

Ready, Maddie?

Go!

Maddie Moloney-Harmon

"You were my compass star
You were my measure
You were a pirate's map
Of buried treasure
If this is all correct
The last thing I'd expect
The prosecution rests
It's time that I confessed
I must have loved you"

I am so sorry.  You and Maddie were a phenomenal team and your love for each other was so obvious when watching you together.

Oh Tom, I am so sorry to read this.  Maddie was such a special girl.  I'll never forget "saving" her at the Toys for Tots trial.

Sorry to hear this.  Maddie was truly an amazing dog to watch - I only ever saw you two at Champs.  But think of the joyful reunion across that Bridge now - wow, they are having a GREAT time!
What a long and amazing life here on this path.  RIP, Maddie.

Tom and Pat, I am just so sad to hear about Maddie.  She was as great an agility dog as I have ever known, truly one of the really special ones.  I will always remember our many years of seeing you guys run at Champs.  Please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss.
