MAD dogs and Agility Nuts...
« on: June 10, 2013, 02:17:16 PM »
Go out in the midday sun! At least we did in Bakersfield this last weekend. MyAgilityDog (MAD) had their first trial this last weekend, and in spite of the heat a great time was had by all! There were a lot of great runs, and all the competitors looked out for each other and their dogs to make sure everyone was safe. We got to play EGC of Friday, had very nice courses on Sat and Sun, a BA test on Saturday, a veterans parade (for vet dogs and humans) on Sunday morning, and some beautiful High in Trial and special awards to finish the weekend. In addition to the hard-core MAD group (Denise Gosik, Ed Drenton and Lorraine Drenton) and the always fun judge Marj Vincent, the Local KCA group was out in force to run their dogs and WORK! And every worker got a great t-shirt, plus there were announcements of new titles.

Be on the lookout for more great MAD events in Southern California!!

Murrelet and the very happy pups - Pipit, Tui, and Malko.
