Just watched this and found it most useful!  Especially the "shortcuts" and easier way to do things than what *I* might figure out!

Hi, Brenda.  There is sound with the video, it worked for me.  Make sure your computer sound is turned on, of course and at the bottom left of the video screen is a speaker icon to the right of the pause button.  Toggle on it to switch the sound on and off.  If it's off there will be an X to the right of the speaker icon.
