I cant update at work because of other reasons and I have IE10 here at home and it works fine so it must just be either a setting at work or IE8?  No biggie!!  Thanks

The only menu item at the top that works for me is the Rules.  For the others I have to scroll to the bottom and select options there.  And of those, the banner that appears at the top works.

There are some issues with ie8 .  Horribly buggy browser (Google officially stopped supporting ie8 in their products a year ago) and I didn't have the luxury to do serious cross-browser testing and troubleshooting before we put things online...

You should be able to get to everything from the links at the bottom and from the site map.  If you can use another browser, the latest chrome, firefox or safari should work.  I realize if you're using it from work that may not be an option..

Added to the list...

Janine - hmmm, the  calendar is working fine on mine. Not sure why you would be having a problem. What version of IOS and did you change any Safari settings?

I just made it work but I have to pick at least 2 states otherwise it defaults back to zero choices. I had to click Alberta and British Columbia just to get Alberta. Worked the same way with Florida and Georgia. Maybe my phone is wonky.

It is doing the same thing on my iOS 7 iPhone.  I finally figured out 2 states would yield a search on the first state.

Don't know about IE8, but I was having the same problems with not getting the drop downs in IE9 but once I clicked the "Compatibility View" icon (next to the Refresh arrow) on the right side of the upper address line, everything works fine.
