This year is the 10th Annual Toys for Tots trial in North Carolina hosted by the Big Elf, Ron Young, with help and support from NADAC and many other local elves and princesses.  The raffle that goes along with the trial is a great source of additional funds to support Toys for Tots and we are hoping to make this year's raffle better than ever.

Any and all donations are encouraged and appreciated.  Donations will of course be accepted at the trial, but if you have an item or items you would like to donate but aren't going to be able to attend the trial, you can contact me or Karen Merriman or Becky Spring and we will do our best to separate you from your gifts.  For folks on the East Coast, Karen is going to be at the All About Animals trial this weekend, the BAD trial next weekend and the ITZ trial the weekend before Toys for Tots, and she will take your donations and bring them to Toys for Tots with her.

Star City Canine Training Club in Roanoke, Virginia is donating an entry to our spring trial and we would like to invite/challenge other clubs to do the same.  We will be posting as we become aware of other donations to the raffle so you can plan your strategy!

If you would like to make a general donation to Toys for Tots, we will be glad to take those new, unwrapped toys from you as well, and of course plain old money works, too!  The NADAC community is very generous so thanks in advance for your support and please don't hesitate to ask if you have questions.

I am bringing purple pre-lit Christmas trees to "anoint" the RVs who didn't get elfed last year.  So if you are in an RV and hear giggling late at night - it is probably just your friendly purple elves - Sam & Chrissy, "decorating" your RV!! Come on out and see how pretty it looks lit up!  In addition, a couple raffle baskets and a German handmade ( not by me - someone with talent) Santa Klaus.  I am also pledging $$ (can't remember - Ron will give me bill) for each Q that Schatzi and I eke out in honor of my Dad, USAF Major Retired and my brother in law ex-Yoeman First Class Navy - both wonderful gentlemen who served their country (and both have to salute me.....ah yes I do like to rub that in!).   Hope to see everyone out to support this every wonderful cause!  Sam/Schatzi/Squeek

In addition to the items that have already been listed, Debi Hutchinson has generously agreed to donate a private lesson with her to the raffle...how cool is that?  This raffle is going to rock!  Thanks everybody!

Vicki...if you know someone who is going you can sweet talk them into buying tickets for you or if you don't know anyone going, you can send me your money and I will get your tickets and distribute them as you ask.  Let me double check on prices and I will post that.

Thanks!

For anyone who wants to buy raffle tickets and can't come to the trial, I will be happy to get your tickets and distribute them according to your instructions.  I am in the process of trying to see if we can come up with an easier way for you to pay and when I find out the answer to that, I will post that.

Thanks everybody...this is fun!

Here's another awesome donation to the raffle.  Mariah Mordecai has donated her services to do a 9 X 12 pencil or charcoal drawing of one pet.  If you haven't ever seen her work, it is stunning and this is something you would definitely cherish.  You may add more pets for a fee and she will either deliver it to you at a trial, or if you can cover the cost, she will make shipping arrangements with you.  Don't miss putting some tickets down for this!  Thank you, Mariah!

It's a new day so that means there must be another donation to the raffle!  Shannon Jones of C2P2 in North Carolina is donating a weekend entry to one of their trials, too!  Wow...these NADAC clubs are the best.  Thank you, C2P2!

All right...this one is too big to wait.  Check this out!

Micah's Beach House (A Dog-Friendly Waterfront place at Hilton Head)

We will be doing a separate "Big Ticket" raffle for the week at Hilton Head. It is for any available open week. The tickets will be $5 each. If we sell over 200 tickets, there will be a second drawing for an additional week. In the unlikely event that the same person's name is drawn both times, we will redraw for another name. If you don't win, but would still like to spend time at Micah's Beach House, you can rent it and the owner will donate 25% of the rental to Toys for Tots! You do not have to be present to win!

Holy cow...who wouldn't want to spend a week on the beach at Hilton Head....with your dogs!!  We can follow the same routine as the regular raffle if you aren't coming to the trial but would like to buy tickets for the "Big Ticket" raffle!  I have tried to attach a couple of pictures...hopefully they will come through.

Thank you, Sharon Harrell of Blacksburg, Virginia for this generous donation!
