Educational Tip - Checking Pre & Post Trial Correspondence
« on: March 12, 2014, 04:01:07 PM »
It is recommended that exhibitors read the correspondence received from the trial secretary pre and post trial.  Important things to check for would be your dog’s registration number to ensure that it is  listed correctly, start times and other pertinent information about the trial and the site such as parking and where to set up.  It is always a good thing to check post trial reports to be sure your qualifying runs are recorded correctly.   By checking your trial confirmations and post trial results you can bring any discrepancies to the attention of the trial secretary and resolve them immediately.

I would say "you must" check the pre and post trial correspondance, or you may be in for some unpleassnt surprises.
