Can't log into Member Section

So we keep logs of failed and successful log in attempts to the member section.    And there is a LOT more failed attempts than successful ones.

But I don't get too many emails saying 'I can't get in'.

So I ask that if you can't get in, please email me.   Things have slowed down and we are getting into a rhythm.  So time is coming more easily.    And I really do want everyone to be able to access that area.

Plus it's handy for us to have updated emails for our people, then we can get into contact with you.   And 98% of the issues with logging in are because of outdated emails.

Also keep in mind the Member Section does NOT use your forum username and password.

They are two completely separate places.

I see a lot of folks trying to log in using their forum usernames and not having much luck.

And the email address it wants is the one we have in our main files, most likely what you used when you registered.   Unless of course you sent us a note saying you changed emails.

  Chris I can't log into the member section.  I tried for 3 days.  I was trying to find my old associate number but I think the I will just get a new one. I don't know what is wrong with the members section but I kept getting pop-ups.

Umm nothing is coming to mind.

I have no problem logging into the member section.  However, there is only information there about one of my dogs.  How would I get the information for my other dog?  It shows info for Rashi #12-07120.  It does not show Jake #06-08811.  I've been waiting for an award I requested for Jake several months ago--maybe he got deleted...

Thanks, Chris!  Yes, now all my dogs are there--even my old agility-hating Alli, who was reason I got a new dog who might actually like to do agility.   I have a problem with the awards request tab, though.  It gives me an error.  I'm just trying to find out what had happened with Jake open versatility request.

I also have no problem logging into the member section but neither of my dogs seems to be connected to me and my membership. I have two dogs: Smudge 11-07119 and Missy 11-07120. Can you help me?
