Linda, I think Emily Glatzel will be in touch about RV parking at Champs sometime soon.
Meanwhile: There are electrical hookups only. Last time, they brought in some extra "boxes" and I believe there were a few problems at first but they were worked out. (I never had any issues, and was there 7 nights.) There are no water or sewer hookups, directly. Some folks, I think, managed to get a long hose to top off water, but I wouldn't expect it at your individual site. And as I recall, there was a mobile honey wagon that came around sometime. I don't remember cost, but it was reasonable (more to come on that, I'm sure!) There are a couple of showers somewhere, but again, as I recall (not my best strength - recall!), one had to find someone to unlock them. I never did use them.
OTOH, there are several VERY large grass fields right near by! (Also available to Champs folks who are not RVing) There was some event on the grass on the weekend (soccer game), but even so, there was plenty of room for dogs. It *is* near a fairly busy road, and the fence would not keep dogs in. But it was very very easy to stay a long way from that road.
The RV parking is very close to the building - closer to the spectator/restroom/food vendor (which was definitely "ugh") end than the competitor entry, but still WAAAAYYYY closer than Springfield or Gillette or Shelbyville!
