Member Section Security

Their have been some inquiry's as to the security of the member section.

The most important thing to remember is that your username is case sensitive.   If you are worried about someone viewing your records then get creative with your email.   Because Nadacchris@aol.com is different then nadacChris@aol.com.   Or NadacChris@Aol.com.

And we are the only ones who have access to the file that shows your email address.   Obviously Judges and Trial Secretaries have their info out in the public, but even that info isn't gathered from this particular database.

Another thing is that everything is tracked in that area.    Both log in information and anytime data is updated.

So if someone logs into your account and changes your mailing address for giggles, we have their IP address.  Which is a great little calling card ;)

And also keep in mind that NO data can be changed that is truly crucial.   The only stuff you can update is your mailing address and email.   So at worst you wouldn't receive our correspondence and wouldn't be able to log in.  A very easy fix on our end.

At no time can anyone EVER delete anything from that area.
