Running Intro
« on: May 05, 2014, 08:30:49 AM »
I had the opportunity to judge several Intro level classes at the ITZ trial this past weekend.  I have to say that the time to change courses from Novice to Intro was minimal, the walk thrus were short, and they didn't add significant time delays to the trial.  The handlers that did run the Intro courses really seemed to like them and I could see how beneficial it was for several dogs to gain confidence in a trial environment.  All-in-all I think this is a very positive addition and as a result, I plan to offer them at future NC Fundraisers.

Thanks for the information, Ron.  We've been talking about adding Intro. but were worried we might run out of daylight.  How many Intro. classes did ITZ add?
