Here is a quick tutorial I did on changing the theme for your account.

A couple people have had issues with the side bar on the left.  This will (hopefully) alleviate the problem.

I switched to the one that allows you to have it purple and it actually is a nice theme (whatever color you want).  It does not have the side menu on it so it spreads everything out nicely.
