Intro Question
« on: November 15, 2015, 03:39:41 PM »
We will be hosting a 2.5 day trial next March and are trying to decide in which classes we will offer Intro.  We plan to run Hoopers, Tunnelers and Weavers on Friday afternoon.  We will also be running Weavers and Tunnelers on the weekend.  My question - can we offer Intro on Friday only for those classes and then not offer it on Saturday and/or Sunday?   At this point, we want to offer Intro in Regular 1 & 2, Jumpers and Chances only on Saturday and Sunday.  Is this allowed?

Originally it was going to be a bit different.  But to try and encourage people to try them we are allowing mix and match options :)

Good luck!

At my last trial we had over 100 intro runs so it definitely helps

Thanks, Chris.  Last spring we offered Intro in all classes and we nearly ran our of daylight.  It made for a couple of very long days.  We want to offer as many options as possible considering the amount of daylight we have.

I am going to add an addendum to Chris' response.  You CAN pick and choose which "classes" you are offering Intro.  Such as offering it in Weavers, but not Tunnelers.

But you CANNOT offer Intro in Weavers on one day and not offer it in Weavers on another day.

You can offer Intro in a class by class choice, but not a class by day choice.

Thanks, Sharon, for the clarification.  We will stay within your guidelines.
