$69.00 plus tax -Double Queen or King Executive Rooms
All non-smoking rooms
Above rate subject to state and local taxes (13.10%)
Price includes Full Hot Breakfast
All reservations to be received by Thursday Sept 13,1012. Unused
portion of the room block will revert back to the hotel for general
sales. Ask for the NADAC Group contract of rooms.
Reservations made after the cut off date will be subject to availability
and the current daily rate.

There are a few RV parks fairly close to the venue:
I did a search and found this one which isn't far from the venue and has
nice amenities !
Mountain Shadows RV Park (Draper, UT) it's about 12 miles North of the
venue 801-571-4024 has a nice website , accept pets and their price is
reasonable .
I'll check out a few more and post them to the list when I have more info.

So what does it cost for the limited electrical hookups? And is it first come first serve or should we register somewhere?

The electrical hook ups are $15.00 per night.  You can contact Emily Glatzel at emglatzel@gmail.com to reserve a spot.

As mentioned before, the electricity is 20 amp so folks will need to be careful with what you plug in/turn on.

Please do not call the venue to reserve RV spots.  They have a first come, first served policy.  The NADAC Office is working closely with their representative to ensure that those who want the 20 amp service will have it.
If you are able and want to dry camp, there is no charge, but there will be specific spots where the electricity is brought out to the parking area.   You will need to let Emily know that you want an  RV spot with or without electricity.

Things are taking shape and we are looking forward to a great turnout and competition for the 2012 Championships and EGC World Games.
