Trailer rentals for 2016 Championships

Hello Championships-2016 Bound Exhibitors and Supporters,
The following is some information for those of you who are interested in renting a trailer and having it delivered to the site.
Please remember that RV parking is not available until Monday.

I have put together a special price for your group that includes the following;
2015 or newer trailer
* Delivery, set up and Pick up from the County Equestrian Park
* Final Cleaning and Dumping
* Pets are allowed

Below are the group discounted price including tax.

17' Trailer $845.48
24' Trailer $1038.17
27' Trailer w slide $1,106.58

To make a reservation, please contact our rental dept. Availability is limited. A 50% payment is required to secure the trailer with the balance due before delivery. An authorization amount of $1000 will also be placed on your credit card as a security deposit. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Do we know the RV site rental cost per day?

Parking is $15.00 per day at the site.
This includes shared electricity.
There are no water hook-ups or sewer.
NADAC exhibitors pull together and share hoses to run water to the fresh water tanks of those who need it during the week.  We can also make arrangements with the porta potty people for them to come and pump your RV for an additional cost.

Please be aware that the electricity is shared and is not 30/50 amp service.

Showers are available.  They are a bit of a walk and are not fancy, but there is hot water!
