My associate renewal date is coming up and I was wondering what is the best way to renew?

TIA

Hey Mary,
Head over to the nadac.com site and under exhibitor resources there is a associate renewal page :)

Just fill it out and when you hit submit we'll have all your info.
You can then either mail a check or send it through PayPal (Support@nadac.com) Or if none of those options work just shoot me an email and I could send you a invoice online!

Just renewed, sent money thru pay pal, remember we are all friends and family, so pay it that way, so no charges.

Chris - is there a way to check when your associate membership expires?  I know I always pay for mulitple years at a time but I have no idea when mine expires (and I dont want it to!)

Thanks :)

If you go to Associate Area on the forum and put in your info (sign in) it will pull up your membership info which has your Associate number and the expiration date.

gasp, mine expired January 2016! :( If I renew now for three years, will that include 2016?

Hey Fran,

If you signed up right now it would go back one month only, so your start date would be Nov of 2016 and an expiration of Dec 2017.

Hopefully that makes sense!
You can have us backdate it as well.  So just send us a note saying you want it to start on January of 2016 :)   But then a one year would have you expiring in a month.  So it's a decision to make :)

I think I have a three-year membership but in the associate area it shows an expiration date of 00/00/0000. Am I doing something wrong when I look it up?

Thanks for your patience!

Hey Carol,

No you're doing it correctly.  That's an error on our end.   If you could let me know when you had renewed I can get that sorted out :)
