Hey Folks, Number have been reached!  I'm still replying to everyone to let people know who made it in and who didn't.  I should be able to get all the emails answered in the next couple hours!  Thanks Everyone!

I have been to the equestrian center is Sunbury and it is pretty nice but, just to let you know, the Champions Center in Springfield Ohio is fantastic.  CPE nationals has been there several times.  They have room for 6 rings. Lots of RV space.

The indoor arena there is only 128' x 202'. Nowhere near the 200' x 300' that NADAC wants.
Plus it is booked solid from beginning of Sept to mid Oct.

Just curious about what you mean when you said "Our deadline is December 1st" ...  is that your deadline for securing the facility?  Out deadline for payment?  (I assume the latter but just want to make sure)

That was the deadline for securing the dates.
I managed to sweet talk them into penciling our names into their calendar for those dates without the deposit, but if we didn't get it to them by that date it would get erased and then someone else could possibly book the date we needed.

But that won't be an issue as the NADAC community is INCREDIBLY great and we got all 50 early entries this morning

156 spots.  I'm waiting on a response to get some more exact information on them along with a map of the property.  But we shouldn't have issues with having space for everyone.  I don't expect a response until Monday so I can update more then.
