Run Order for Newer Classes

Hello,

The TS book says the following about class running order:

Chances, Hoopers, Touch N Go, and Tunnelers are the only classes that can be set by the club to run in any order other than Elite-Open-Novice.
Regular Agility, Jumpers, and Weavers must be set as Elite-Open-Novice.  In the case of Regular, the order shall be EE-OO-NN.

What about X-Hoopers and Barrelers?  Can they be set in any order as well?

Intro can either be first or last, regardless of the class.  Is that correct?

Not to throw a fly in the ointment, but wouldn't that mean that Hoopers (#d kind) would also need to be EE-OO-NN since they are not the same at all levels?

I don't know why Hoopers is listed as "any order", it definitely should be EE-OO-NN with Intro either first or last.
