Chris- is there a sign up for crate areas, and a map somewhere? I know I reserved some for our group, but now I can't find the map.

And- is the crate area full? Will we all be squashed in?

Lynn,

Can't find the message now, but Chris did say that there were outlets roughly 20' apart in the crating area.  Would be a good idea if everyone who might want to use electric bring a power strip with a long cord so that those in nearby spaces could share the outlets.

What is the surface of the floor in the stalls?  Is it dirt/straw/bedding or is it some hard, non-porous material?
Thanks,

Ken and Max

I had asked that Ken and Chris said it was dirt.

Thanks Mary.  I saw something about the stall construction that was different.

Couple clarifications here.
The power I mentioned was for the stall rentals.  There is power in the crating area,  but not nearly as much and not in a consistent spread around the area.

The crating area is completely full.  It shouldn't be cramped,  but it is full so there will be plenty of neighbors :)

Is there a set time when we have to leave stall area on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday night ? Just asking so if we wanted to stay after the pre trial and work on stall decorations. I know in Springfield they wanted to lock up the building and turn lights off and wanted us out. Since we won't be coming before 3 on Monday and plan on honoring you request, it would be nice to stay later in the day. Thanks Sandy

They are pretty relaxed at the facility.   I don't think there will be any issues with staying late :)

Thanks, Linda
