Schedule (start times)
« on: September 17, 2017, 08:50:18 PM »
I apologize if this has been posted and I missed it. Has it been determined what time the pre-trial is starting each day?

Then, has it been determined what time morning briefings will be each day Thursday - Sunday? On another thread Chris made a passing comment that it might be 8 a.m., which would be super awesome since anyone not staying in an RV has a half hour drive from hotels. Even 7:30 would be better than 7:00. Wondering if this is set yet.

Finally, when is check-in?

Thanks!

Pre-Trial will be 8 AM.

Champs has to start at 7AM.   Just no way around that one.

So Champs walk throughs start at 7 and running should start by 8?

The daily playing of the national anthems (US & Canada) and the morning briefings will be at 7:00. Walk-throughs start at the completion of the briefing, which have in years past lasted upwards of 30 minutes, but Chris has assured us they will be "brief" briefings.  :)  In another post the walk-through groups hadn't been determined yet, but Chris hoped to have groups of 35 or so -- If that's the case, based on the total number of dogs, walk-throughs would take about an hour....

My guess is we'll find out when we get there!

Everything Karissa said is right on point.

Walk throughs should take about an hour.   I REALLY want to keep the briefings short, but on the very first day (Thursday) you probably should expect it to take a little longer because of all the inevitable questions that arise
