I am assuming the dog is a 20" standard dog. If this is the case, as either a proficient vet 20" dog jumping 16" or a skilled standard dog jumping 16", the SCT on a course would be identical in classes with jumps. For the classes without jumps, the skilled 16" dog will get more time. There is no veteran dog division in the non-jumping classes. Your dog's SCT would be that of a 20" dog. If you are in the skilled category, your dog's SCT would be that of a 16" dog.
