Certificates for titles and awards

I see that there are new layouts for the title and award certificates.  Just curious if the old formats could still be made available?  I really liked the old style better and I have a book full of them and would like to continue with the same format.  Plus my printer doesn't print the award certificates nicely (the colors seem to bleed together).
