I've just realized I didn't receive an email/invoice for that 17 number ... it would've come from either Chris or NADAC support, yes?

It was sent by Chris through Squareup (or something like that) as an invoice.

Yup should have come through Square as an invoice.   I can resend if it's not in your spam folder?
