It appears the issue for the majority of folks having this issue is duplicate records. Basically our system is in desperate need of an update, which is in progress but hasn't gone through yet.
The main reason for the update is that if it can't EXACTLY match new records it just creates a new associate line for that person. This can happen during renewals or new dog registrations.
Normally I catch these and merge the files together, but there was a specific instance that I wasn't checking for that allowed some to slip through.
So we're correcting these now! The expiration on your card is the accurate one

So just give it a day or two and all will be well
