I should have checked my card before renewing, but I didn't.  I also saw that my info on line said my membership had expired on 1/1/18.  I'm now a member until 2027

Chris, one nicety suggestion. On the wonderful email reminder I got it would be great if it had my Associate number so I could just click the link and renew. Not a big deal, but would make it so easy.

Hi, my associate number is MF624-I thought my number was good until 2021.  Would you mind checking? If it is expired I will pay up right away!  One question, it says the associate membership is good for a household - does this mean this covers both Tom & I or should he renew also?

Hi,, Pat.  Earlier in the thread Chris explained there was a programming error that he would correct.  Mine showed expired as well, but is correct again.  I suspect that if you check again soon yours will be as well.

oh good.  so if our expiration date is 2021 we can ignore the expiration email then.

It should be corrected now, and it should be corrected now for everyone else too!    Took a few hours but we went through all the old emails and I'm pretty confident we got everything back to where it should be.

But if someone still has the incorrect expiration shoot me an email!
