By my calendar, July 15 has come and gone, yet I am still receiving messages from the NADAC Yahoo Group.

Is it being closed as previously discussed?

There are still some stragglers there.... you can set you mail to "no mail" or unsubscribe if you don't want to read some of the last ones.....

Many premiums that were printed many months ago, before the forum started, still state that people should join the Yahoo group to see their results.. so we will continue to honor those premiums and allow people to join that group... and then we can email them the info about the forum.

Those who have switched to the forum have mostly unsubscribe to the Yahoo group.

I have been on a yahoo group that went through a similar tranistion. What the owners of the group eventually did was change the setting to make it so the group was still there and people could search the archives and have access to all the good information but they turned off the ability to post new messages. Worked as a nice compromise to keeping the information available but still 'shutting it down' as is was.

We will go through the same process.  But when it was pointed out there are still premiums out there that list the Yahoo group as "the place to sign up" ............. then that list must continue to exist.

We will transition and let the newer people know how to sign up for the forum.  The forum has all the "new and good stuff" on it!!
