"Tugboat" 24" demarcation

This is probably a stupid question, but on the Tugboat VT Course Map for Chances, 24' is indicated btwn #11 & 12. Did you do this so that people would be sure to set those two obstacles 24' apart?

Yes, you are exactly right.....it should be set at 24' apart.
