We’re going to be running two rings,  looking at the entry numbers they will possibly be running simultaneously at certain points.

We are going to have too many runs to be able to hold anything for long.   We’re closing in on the entry limits for both days,  which means we will be hustling along as efficiently as possible

We definitely won’t be done by 1pm also.

Once entries close I can get a better estimate of when everything will be over by,  hard to say with entries still rolling in though

When will the Pre-Trial close; Saturday I received my awesome notice that I can enter the Pre-Elite Championship and starting to plan my cost and trip timing.

It closes when full generally. As Chris mentioned, it's not open indefinitely. Once the max number of runs per day is met,  The applies for local regular trials as well. If the final date isn't until a month away, but the max number of runs is met, It closes. Otherwise, judging would be going on until the wee hours of the next morning...

Entries for the Pre-Trial will close on August 15th, or when it hits 2,000 runs.  Whichever comes first

So the pretrial form now says it has exceeded it's limits.  I'm guessing that means it is full?

It would be really nice if people would not sign up for all the runs knowing they aren't going to run them all so that those who qualify late have a chance to at least get a few runs.

Right now it won't let you sign up for pre-trial or Championships.

Just my guess, but it looks like it **might** be a database issue.  I.E. the database is full.  I'm not sure it means that either the pre-trial or Champs is full. I'd check back after Chris and company have had a chance to catch up on emails and posts.

We had exceeded our submission limit for the site that we use, which is a great problem to have!

Just got it sorted out so everything should be open again

There  won't be any side runs because they are running two rings in the main arena - the Elite Champs ring and the Pre-Elite Champs ring.
