Hi Chris,

 Quick question(s). If the owner/“regular handler” is unable to attend a Regionals event, can another handler run their dog(s)? In the event that said team would win their division, does the “stand in” handler/dog  team get the bye or the dog and “regular handler”? Clear as mud?

Two questions:
1) If someone lives in the south central zone, but the regionals in south east is closer, may they attend the regionals that they do not live in?
2) Is it possible to attend more than one Regional?

1) Definitely!   unfortunately there is no real great way to split up the zones, so they are really just an arbitrary line in the sand.   You can attend wherever you like

2) Absolutely!   If you have already won a Regional we would probably not count your runs, but if you haven't won a regional yet then it's fair game
