Measuring
« on: April 11, 2019, 10:21:49 AM »
For Champs 2017 we had to submit a Height Verification Form.  Is this going to be required again for this year?

If so, where do I find the forms to have available at our trials?

Nope no forms for this year.

We found there just weren't that many dogs in the incorrect height.      So what we do now is just verify any dogs that are questionable at the event.

Can we show a measurement from another organization if we need to?  I have one official AKC measurement on Surge.

We are now accepting those measurements as well.

Just keep in mind we always reserve the right to measure them ourselves, even with a measurement from another venue.

So if you have an AKC height card that says 18.2 we can use that, but if the judge thinks the dog is under 18" the judge has the right to measure the dog and over rule the measurement
