novice dogs at champs

can you come to champs with a dog that has not qualified for either pre-elite or elite and run that dog in novice level pre-champs runs?

Pre-champs is similar to any normal trial, any dog may enter the Pre-Champs runs.

Of course it is a great warm-up for the Champs entered dogs but other dogs may enter Pre-champs trial too.
