I always travel with a copy of all vaccination records, including rabies and my dog license - I hav ehard copies in my purse, my car / rv and copies on my phone

I have copies of those in each car and in the tote bag that I take to workshops and trials.  I figure that is emergency info if necessary.  When I traveled to Canada, I did get a formal health statement.
