RV Sewer dump info!

Nailed down a really nice company to come pump tanks on Friday the 11th in the afternoon. Worked out a fee of $20.

I think we will adopt the system that i heard was done there before.... BEFORE FRIDAY AT NOON, Either come see me or catch me as i am cruising around and give me $20 and i will put a flag in front of your rig telling them to dump you. Seems simple enough, we will see how it works :-)

Perhaps it's my warped sense of humor about life, but when you click on "Show unread posts since last visit" to have 2 of 5 Post Headings dealing with "Sewage Dumping at Champs" it truly speaks to life's priorities.  And apparently it's Jimmy who really has the most important job at Champs

Thank you!!  Do you know if there is any way to dump or have them come earlier in the week as well?  With our small black tank and coming to Champs early, Friday will be a stretch.

There are dump stations on the grounds near the RV area.  I know it's a pain to move campers/RV's but it is an option if your tank fills before Friday.  There are also showers available to help limit what goes into your tank.

I am in agreement with a second dump run as well. Last year, things got a little... tense 
Maybe Thursday and Saturday mornings?
We are renting, and not sure how fast the tanks will fill. We also won't be able to move. I'm sure we won't be the only ones once everyone is nice and packed in, and their areas are set up.
Will there be port-o-potties or some other 24/7 backup facilities like 2017 as well? JIC

These guys are super busy and did not sound too keen on making time to come out a second time for just a few dumps.... if you guys would like to get someone out for your rig more than once, that is going to be up to you. There are showers and bathrooms on site, i would recommend using those free services if your RV cannot handle more than a couple days.

Sounds good, thank you. We will plan accordingly. Since we are renting an RV, we're just not sure on capacity. We rented last time, and were shocked at how quickly it filled, but this year the rental is a good bit larger.

And thank you again, in particular for locking in a service. It sounds like you put in an effort for us. You rock, it's not the most desirable job of the event, no doubt!
