Most years the requirements don't change for Elite or Pre-Elite divisions.  If you look at this year's requirements you can get a ball park idea of what to expect for next year.
The requirements are located on the NADAC Website under the Train and Play tab. Click on NADAC Championships, then the 2019 Championships Info Sheet tab.  Here is the link:
